Production

We offer sustainable products and promote sustainable consumption and healthy living conditions.

We have set several goals to promote company-wide sustainability by 2025. Within the scope of these goals, our production is environmentally friendly. We promote climate-friendly operation and a circular economy, while also increasing resource efficiency. By constantly investing in our facilities, we make sure they are always state-of-the-art. We offer sustainable products and promote sustainable consumption and healthy living conditions.

Employees

Workplace safety is our highest priority.

The health and safety of our employees is very important to us. Each of our employees strives to be a "safety ambassador". We aim to be the best employer in the labour market in which we operate. We do not tolerate any discrimination based on gender, colour, religion or sexual orientation. Given that we want our employees to work to the best of their abilities, we encourage their development through briefing, training and education programmes. For many years now, we have valued experience, sharing that experience among colleagues and teamwork.

Energy

To us, sustainability is more than just a word.

To protect the climate, we must reduce our energy consumption and gradually start to meet our remaining needs with renewable energy.

We have therefore decided to take steps to gradually reduce our greenhouse gas emissions that originate from certain fossil fuels. To be more efficient and save more resources, we have designed our production processes as part of a closed loop.

Waste management

We manage the waste generated in our production processes based on the zero-waste hierarchy, undertake projects to reduce waste and only work with licensed disposal companies.

We make significant contributions to protecting the environment and consciously use natural raw materials.
