Romabond Contact Adhesive 035
A polychloroprene based, general purpose adhesive used for bonding standard quality thick and thin laminates and wooden veneers especially to non-absorbent surfaces (steel, metal etc.). Its ideal viscosity level allows an even spread of the adhesive when applied with a brush or hand roller.
- Surfaces to be bonded must be cleaned and free from all forms of dust, dirt and grease.
- Not suitable to be applied with pistol, due to its viscosity.
- Open time of the adhesive varies depending on the quantity applied on surfaces and the ambient temperature (at +20 °C, open time can be around 20-25 min).
- For applications requiring higher heat resistance (+45 °C – 55 °C and above), the use of “Hardener” is recommended to increase heat resistance.
- Belongs to the flammable solvents group.
